We want you to be confident in your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery (EU consumer rights compliant), provided that:

• Items are unworn, unwashed, and unused

• All original tags are attached

• Items are returned in original packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Final sale items

• Gift cards

• Items marked as non-returnable for hygiene reasons

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, contact us at info@ndur.us with:

• Your order number

• Reason for return

Return instructions will be provided once your request is approved.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service

• NDUR is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

• Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
